These Digital Product Purchase Terms apply to purchases of digital products offered by LBL Home Co., including The Bathroom Lifestyle Planner and other printable planning guides offered through our website.

By purchasing a digital product, you agree to these terms.

All digital products are provided in electronic format, such as downloadable PDF files.

After completing your purchase, your product will be delivered electronically to the email address provided at checkout. Please check your inbox, including your junk or spam folder.

You are responsible for providing a valid email address and ensuring you have the software and equipment needed to open and use the file.

If you do not receive your product or experience difficulty accessing your purchase, please contact LBL Home Co. for assistance.

All prices are displayed in Canadian dollars unless otherwise stated. Applicable taxes, where required, will be shown at checkout.

Payment must be completed before your digital product is delivered.

Because digital products are delivered electronically, all purchases are generally final once the product has been delivered. Refunds and cancellations will not normally be offered after delivery, except where required by applicable law.

Purchasing a digital product does not transfer ownership or copyright to you.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

LBL Home Co. may update these terms from time to time. The version applicable to a purchase will be the version presented at the time of that transaction, subject to applicable law.
